In 1927, his father M. Nicolas Boukather senior became a pioneer car importer to the Middle East. He was among the first entrepreneurs ever to imports New motor vehicles to Lebanon, Syria, and Iraq. His early success transferred to his son, M. Antoine Boukather whom introduced in 1968 the Mazda car brand to Lebanon.

M. Antoine Boukather presided the Automobile Importers Association of Lebanon A.I.A (2014-2018); an association founded in 1923.

Being a pillar of the national economy, the A.I.A mission is to contribute to the development of transportation in Lebanon, advocates for a modern legislation that would encourage environment friendly cars, creation of jobs, preserving consumer rights, and inspiring corporate social responsibility activities undertaken by the various AIA members.

I have the privilege of serving as Chairman of A.N.Boukather Holding, a legacy my family began nearly a century ago and one I strive to honor every day. Our journey has expanded across mobility, real estate, sports, and agriculture in Lebanon and the UAE, but at its core, my belief remains simple: progress only matters when it uplifts people and strengthens communities. This belief has shaped the way I work, the way I lead, and the culture we continue to build together.

I share the responsibility of leading this company with my twin brother, Anthony, a partnership grounded in trust, complementarity, and the harmony that comes from growing, learning, and dreaming side by side. We challenge each other, complete each other, and always keep the long-term vision ahead of us. Together, we work to strengthen one ecosystem through two perspectives.

I have the privilege of being the third generation to serve A.N.Boukather, a family journey that began in 1927 with courage, purpose, and an unwavering belief in people. Today, I lead ANB’s investments across Mobility, Real Estate and Sports, carrying forward a legacy that continues to evolve while remaining firmly anchored in the communities we serve.

As CEO and Board Member of A.N.Boukather, I work alongside dedicated teams who represent global brands through retail and service networks. Our Real Estate activities span residential and commercial developments, as well as sustainable farming in the Bekaa Valley, each project reinforcing our commitment to resilience, responsible growth, and meaningful impact. Across the UAE, our sports ventures in motorcycles, bicycles, and basketball are designed to empower communities, elevate healthy lifestyles, and strengthen human connection. In this journey, I walk alongside my twin brother Nicolas, two perspectives, one vision, each of us bringing different strengths that, together, reinforce the unity and direction of ANB Over the past decade, I have had the responsibility of steering ANB through Lebanon’s most difficult period, navigating economic collapse, institutional breakdown, and national crisis.
